Ingredients

Green Moong : 1 cup soaked and steamed
Onion: 1 finely chopped
Carrot: 1 grated
Beetroot: 1/2 grated
Black salt: 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar: 1 tbsp
Dried oregano: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp
Green chillies: 1 chopped
Spring onion leaves: 1 tbsp finely chopped
Directions
Add together all the ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well.
Serve.
